Cincinnati Children’s operates one of the busiest pediatric emergency departments in the country, seeing more than 60,000 patients each year. Whether a family comes in with a broken bone, a child is brought in by med-evac for a trauma or a family is looking to us for help with a child suffering a mental health crisis, our new Emergency Department has the infrastructure in place for us to provide best-in-class care they can’t find anywhere else.
This floor also features our Urgent Care, designed to best serve the 37,000 kids who visit us each year. Our urgent care practice continues to grow, and the new urgent care not only accommodates our current needs, but it will also be flexible enough to account for future growth.
